Walmart faced a unique challenge with its health clinics located in supercenters in the southeast. Despite years since the initial installation of the clinics, the broader audience remained largely unaware of their presence. Walmart set off on a mission to unveil the exceptional nature of these healthcare facilities that offer comprehensive medical solutions and services, all thoughtfully integrated within the familiar confines of a Walmart store. At Walmart Health Clinics, patients can seamlessly consult with their healthcare providers, shop for recommended nutritious products, and conveniently fill their prescriptions, all under one roof.
Walmart partnered with Creative Filter to launch a dynamic brand awareness campaign to appeal and cater to the needs of senior citizens and their caregivers. The campaign’s main objective was to communicate the clinics’ convenience and showcase the state-of-the-art facilities and capabilities, all while dispelling the long-standing perception of Every Day Low Cost that is commonly associated with the brand.
With the challenge clearly defined and armed with the creative brief and desired shot list from the client, Creative Filter set off in crafting a cohesive and comprehensive message. The goal: to effectively communicate and visually represent the cutting-edge, premium healthcare services now available in many Walmart supercenters.
Creative Filter offered a comprehensive production solution to the Walmart team, handling everything from message development and scriptwriting to creating detailed storyboards for visual storytelling. They managed the casting, oversaw production and post-production, and prepared the versioned assets for tailored messaging across different audiences and applications.
The project was a resounding success as the Creative Filter team produced a series of captivating educational videos that effectively showcased the state-of-the-art healthcare clinics, the elevated level of doctor-patient care, and the exceptional convenience of accessing healthcare services within the welcoming atmosphere of a Walmart store.
